Beef Tapa

Ingredients
500g beef, thinly sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper
Oil for frying
Steps
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt & pepper
Marinate beef for at least 2 hours (overnight is better)
Heat oil in pan over medium heat
Fry beef until browned and slightly caramelized
Serve with garlic rice and egg (tapsilog style)
