Beef Tapa

Ingredients
  • 500g beef, thinly sliced

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & pepper

  • Oil for frying

Steps
  • Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt & pepper

  • Marinate beef for at least 2 hours (overnight is better)

  • Heat oil in pan over medium heat

  • Fry beef until browned and slightly caramelized

  • Serve with garlic rice and egg (tapsilog style)
