Ingredients
Bananas 6
Flour 300 g
Butter 150 g
Sugar 150 g
Eggs 3
Baking soda1 tsp
Salt pinch
Steps
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
Beat in the butter, sugar, and eggs until combined.
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined, don't overmix.
Pour into the pan and bake for 55–65 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
