Ingredients
  • Bananas 6

  • Flour 300 g

  • Butter 150 g

  • Sugar 150 g

  • Eggs 3

  • Baking soda1 tsp

  • Salt pinch

Steps
  • Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.

  • Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.

  • Beat in the butter, sugar, and eggs until combined.

  • Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined, don't overmix.

  • Pour into the pan and bake for 55–65 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.

  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
